Bookings & Enquiries

Bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone call are treated as enquiries and are confirmed only after our team verifies vehicle availability and pricing with you directly.
Please provide accurate travel details (dates, destinations, number of passengers) to help us serve you correctly.
Final fare, vehicle type, and itinerary will be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before your trip.

Payments

Payment terms (advance amount, balance payment, mode of payment) will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. We recommend confirming all charges before the start of your journey.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the vehicle type, tour package, and how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. Please contact us as early as possible for any cancellation or rescheduling request, and our team will guide you through the applicable terms.

Vehicle Use & Passenger Conduct

Vehicles must be used only for the purpose and route agreed upon at the time of booking.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and staff.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence may be chargeable.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted unless separately agreed.
